At Universal Books, we understand that circumstances may lead to the need for order cancellations. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for canceling an order on our website.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation:

• Orders can only be canceled if they have been placed but not yet shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

2. Cancellation Procedure:

To cancel an order, customers must inform us within a maximum of 4 hours from the time the order was placed. Cancellation requests must be made both via email to orders@universalbooks.co.in and by calling us at +91-8830387475.

3. Refund Process:

If the cancellation request is received within the specified time frame and the order is eligible for cancellation, the following refund process will be initiated:

• The refund amount will include the product cost and shipping charges associated with the canceled order.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after confirming the eligibility of the cancellation.

4. Confirmation of Cancellation:

Customers will receive confirmation of the order cancellation via email once the request has been processed. If there are any issues or the order is no longer eligible for cancellation, customers will be promptly informed.
