Returns:
- Reporting Damage:
- Report the damage within 2 hours of receiving the shipment by contacting our customer support at orders@universalbooks.co.in or by phone at +88303387475.
- Provide clear images of the damaged item and packaging for our assessment.
- Return Authorization:
- Once the damage is verified, we will provide you with a return authorization.
- Ship the damaged item back to us within 1 day of receiving the return authorization.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The cost of returning the damaged item will not be reimbursed by Universal Books.
- Refund Eligibility:
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days after we receive the damaged item.
Refunds:
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed for eligible returns only.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refund Timeline:
- Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to be processed after we receive the damaged item.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Shipping charges and any expedited processing fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged Items Beyond 2 Hours:
- If damage is reported beyond the stipulated 2-hour window, Universal Books reserves the right to deny the return.
- Courier Charges for Return:
- Customers are responsible for all courier charges associated with returning the damaged item.
